Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
Customers must contact us right away with their order details in order to cancel an order.
Due to product unavailability, pricing problems, or unanticipated events, Amyra Luxury Hardware retains the right to cancel an order. A complete refund will be handled in such circumstances.

Return Policy

Only items that are faulty, damaged, or inaccurate at the time of delivery are eligible for returns.
Any requests for returns must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of the product’s delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and receipts, unused, and uninstalled.
Products that are made-to-order, customized, or have a specific finish cannot be returned.

Exchange Policy

Only when a product is delivered incorrectly or has manufacturing flaws are exchanges permitted.
Exchange requests must be submitted within the allotted reporting window following delivery.
The availability of replacements depends on stock levels.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:
Items harmed by abuse or incorrect installation
Typical deterioration
Personalized, limited-edition, or discounted products
Items without the original invoice or packaging

Damaged or Missing Items

Delivery schedules are approximations that could change because of logistics or unanticipated events.
Delays brought on by outside courier services are not our responsibility.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
